Simon Dallimore

Simon launched Dallimore & Co. to work with several companies expressly requesting his expertise and advice; since then, our team has increased, advising over 50 Brand Partners, many of which have worked with us consistently over the long-term. Prior to opening Dallimore he led Retail DTC for The Body Shop, The Swatch Group, Lucky Brand Jeans within Fifth & Pacific now (Kate Spade) and his experience spans domestic and international. 

Aaron Batista

Aaron joins the team on an ad hoc basis for advisory projects primarily regarding brand development and internal strategic HR initiatives. With over 25 years of domestic and international experience in the retail industry, he has managed several brands’ retail rollout and built the operational infrastructure and retail systems to support those retail networks. Aaron is a retail advisor and CEO at Battista Co. and a founding partner at Bonfire Group, and formerly Chief Retail Officer for Kellwood Company.

Troy Berry

Troy handles real estate execution for several brands across the Dallimore portfolio with executive-level experience spanning over 25 years. Prior to joining Dallimore, he was Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for The Gymboree Corporation, PAPYRUS, and The Body Shop. 

Bill Kalfas

Bill joins the team as an expert lease administrator and is a Real Estate Executive with over 20 years of direct-to-consumer brand experience representing Tenant and Landlord retail. Before joining the Dallimore team, he worked with J. Crew as Senior Director of Real Estate and, most recently, as an Executive at JLL.

Steve Ulloa

For the past 6 years, Steve has led our GIS & Location Analytics department. He leverages GIS technology, mobile location data, and visualization platforms to analyze consumer behavior and travel patterns, assessment markets, and perform site selection. Prior to coming to Dallimore, Steve worked on marketing analytics at Publix Supermarkets. He also ran GIS for the land development firm at Lakewood Ranch and worked for the City of New York in the Human Resources Administration.

Reed Connor

Reed serves as the bridge between Dallimore’s Business Intelligence Group and Real Estate Team, ensuring the execution of pipeline aligns with each client’s strategic goals. He is responsible for validating markets and providing financial analysis for all prospective locations. Reed holds a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Andy Urness

Andy joined Dallimore as an Analyst within the Business Intelligence Group in May 2021. Andy brings with him experience in data analytics, project management, and financial analysis. His responsibilities include client strategy development and execution, market research and financial analysis of real estate deals. Andy holds a BS in Business Analytics from Elon University.

Scott Leeder

Scott leads strategic consulting assignments, manages M&A due diligence projects, and collaborates with the Dallimore Real Estate team to implement analytical frameworks for real estate recommendations. He began his career as an investment banking analyst for Keefe, Bruyette, and Woods, moved on to serve as the CFO of Zameen Organic. He founded a clothing company that was the first brand in the U.S. to receive fair trade certification before joining the Dallimore & Co. team.
